We Built This City by Starship ... ok, not in the mornings, really, but ... Marconi plays the mamba, listen to the radio, don't you remember We built this city, we built this city on rock an' roll
2. A song you loved in high school.
Love Bites by Def Leppard... it was our song.... lol
3. A song that mentions a dead celebrity.
Don't Stand So Close to Me '86 by The Police... Is Vladimir Nabakov a celebrity? I like the slower flow of this version better.
4. A song you'd be embarrassed to listen to with your grandmother.
Girls L.G.B.N.A.F. by Ice T... no, the abbreviated portion of that title is not work friendly, and neither is the song.
5. A song that MTV will never play in a million, billion years.
(I haven't the first clue. You mean MTV still plays music?) Because I Got High by Afroman ... this is one of my favorite subversive type songs, despite the fact that I have never been high by non-prescription means.
6. A song with a title that ends in y.
Voices Carry by 'til Tuesday... first song in my playlist.
7. A song that makes you crave something.

8. A cover song that you think is better than the original.
I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man by Jordan Knight. The artist may make you roll your eyes, but this is one of the few covers of Prince's songs that I liked better than the version sung by Prince himself, and I really liked the original. Maybe, because it comes off as more of a love song. (While Sinead O'Conner does a pretty good job at Nothing Compares 2 U, Prince is still better - and TLC butchered If I Was Your Girlfriend, IMO)

Whisper Your Nameby Harry Connick Jr. I am not really an OTP kind of person, but I adore this song, so much that I wrote a (dreaded) songfic to it.

Moonlight Over Paris by Vanessa Williams. I love to play/sing along to her Sweetest Days album.
12. A song that will always make you think of a movie.
Once in a Blue Moon by Sydney Forest (from Simply Iresistible, and another favorite to sing along to).
13. A song that should totally have fic written about it.
The Comfort of Strangers by Jamie Walters ... I just haven't found the right couple yet, but this one has been teasing me for a while.
14. A song you wish they'd play in elevators.
Love in an Elevator by Aerosmith ... because sometimes I'm literal like that.
15. You'll stop listening to this song when they pry your MP3 player out of your cold, dead hands.
Here Without You (Live) by 3 Doors Down... this was a suprising favorite. I would like to have a studio version, as I generally don't like live albums, but this is nice.
